Our Morphettville Horse Racing Tips for the weekend.

Sacred Palace (Morphettville Race 6 No. 5)
This four-year-old Sacred Falls gelding trained by Lindsey Smith has four wins and six places from 15 starts. After a win at Terang he pulled up lame when 4.6 lengths 5th over 1000m at Sandown Hillside on 30 April, then chased hard for 0.6 lengths 3rd over 1200m at Caulfield on 28 May. Has a good record at this distance, should race on the speed and looks the likely winner.

Each Way

Bold Bourbon (Morphettville Race 9 No. 7)
This three-year-old gelding has two wins and a place from his four starts. He chased solidly on a slower part of the track for 1.7 lengths 2nd on heavy going over 1400m at Hamilton on 31 May, then chased hard to take over at the 100m for a length win over 1600m at Swan Hill on 11 June. Racing in the city for the first time and looks a solid each-way chance.

Best Lay

En Francais (Morphettville Race 5 No. 11)
This four-year-old Puissance de Lune mare trained by Jake Stephens is the early favourite in this BM 60 Handicap over 1200m. She has had four starts for a win at Gawler on debut then three places. She started favourite when 2.4 lengths 3rd over 1600m at Murray Bridge on 19 June, then started favourite again and worked home late for 3 lengths 3rd over 1200m at Murray Bridge on 28 May. This looks tougher and I’m willing to risk her.

Horse Racing Tips : NSW Friday 8th March 2024

Our Newcastle tips for Friday's meeting. Key Comments The feature race includes the Newcastle Stakes (race 7). The best bet is in the feature and comes up at a big price fresh from a good draw. Best Bet Zeyrek (Newcastle Race 7 No. 1) Boasts form around Atishu, Fangirl, Montefilia, Think It Over and Pericles last prep. All of those runs better credentials than the rest of this field. A recent trial was a brilliant piece of work, Collett is 1/1 aboard and

Our Pakenham Tips for Thursday's meeting. Key Comments The rail is out 9 metres for the night meeting. The best bet almost got the job done for us a fortnight ago and sticking thick here. Best Bet Thinking Rain (Pakenham Race 8 No. 9) Class of the race that maps for every hope from the draw and looks well placed in this field.  1/1 on this track and has been subject to good early support. This race is well within reach. $3.70

Horse Racing Tips : NSW Thursday 7th March 2024

Our Grafton Tips for Thursday's meeting. Key Comments The track is in the soft range and the rail is true. The best bet looks very well placed and hard to hold out coming off a strong second on debut. Best Bet Top Act (Grafton Race 3 No. 13) Bumped into one better on debut and this race is well within reach. Maps well from barrier 3 and looks suited to this field. Should prove hard to hold out against this lot and

Our Pinjarra Park Horse Racing Tips for Thursday's meeting. Key Comments There are 7 races and the rail is +4 metres the entire circuit. Best Bet Another Strike (Pinjarra Park Race 6 No. 2) He was a 1.3 length winner over 140m at Ascot last start after narrowly missing to be runner-up over 1300m at Pinjarra the start before. The way he ran on at the end suggests the rise in trip will suit. Leading hope. $2.25
