This Headwater gelding trained by Richard & Chantelle Jolly has two wins and four places from six starts. At the end of last campaign he peeled out and chased solidly for 0.7 length 3rd over 1100m at Morphettville on 27 November, then was spelled for 29 weeks. He resumed for 0.1 length 2nd over 1000m at Murray Bridge on 18 June. He has the speed to overcome the wide barrier and looks the likely winner.

This five-year-old Zoustar mare has four wins and four places from 18 starts. She resumed from a spell for 2.5 lengths 4th over 1000m at Morphettville Parks on 4 June where she came from last, then chased solidly to get up on the line for a narrow win over 1200m at Murray Bridge on 2 July. The extra distance will suit and she looks a nice each-way chance.

This four-year-old Street Boss mare trained by Jake Stephens is the early favourite in this BM 68 Handicap over 1250m. She has placed in two of six runs this campaign but was unable to win as favourite over 1200m at Murray Bridge last start. Happy to risk her here.
