Buona Sera (Morphettville Race 5 No. 8)
This Starspangledbanner filly has only raced three times but looks to have ability. She won at Geelong on debut, then was 0.1 length 2nd in a BM 64 over 1200m at Sandown Lakeside on 2 August, then chased hard to 100m where her run peaked and she finished 2.75 lengths 5th over 1300m at Sandown Hillside on 26 August. She looks beautifully placed here and should get her 2nd win.

Seemingly Discreet (Morphettville Race 8 No. 9):
This Sepoy mare has an excellent strike rate of five wins and three places from 10 starts. She worked home nicely for 2 lengths 5th in the SA Sprint Series Final over 1100m at Morphettville on 9 May, then resumed from a 17 week spell with a 3 length won over 1000m at Morphettville Parks on 5 September. She should be able to get in the money here and is a nice each-way prospect.

Tibetan (Morphettville Race 7 No. 2):
This four-year-old Shocking gelding is the early favourite in this BM 68 Handicap over 2000m. He raced at Group level in Ellerslie before running 0.3 lengths 2nd over 2100m at Avondale on 20 March. He broke his maiden at his first Australian start over 1516m at Gawler on 19 August. He has drawn nicely in barrier 1 but this looks quite an open race and he doesn’t represent value.
