Meteorite | (Morphettville Race 5 No.3)
I am siding with this son of Deep Field following his 1.2 length defeat in third first-up. He was held up a couple of times in the straight and finished off the race well despite his misfortunes throughout and was also found after the race to have lost a plate in running as well. He drops 1.5kg from that effort and despite drawing barrier 9, the main speed is to his outside, so he should be able to obtain a forward position should he start well. John Allen taking the ride is ideal and I truly think he will be right in the finish.

Miss Daniel | (Morphettville Race 1 No.12) / No Way Ever | (Morphettville Race 1 No.3)
I really like these two in the opener. Miss Daniel enters this contest first-up after 224 days on the sideline and a nice jumpout on Tuesday. Her form last preparation was very good, finishing with a 0.38 length third in a race that has produced two individual winners since. She has no weight on her back and has a tremendous gate to be able to sit off this fast pace. An error-free run will see her go close. No Way Ever is the other I like but she is also entered for Flemington on the same day. She has drawn poorly here but her figures suggest she is in this race up to her eyeballs, especially coming off her 2.4 length fourth placing behind Najmaty. If she runs here, she is a chance with luck.

Our Kembla Grange Tips for Friday's meeting. Key Comments The feature is the $250,000 Kembla Grange Classic (race 8). The best bet is in race 4 and looks very well suited with a drop in grade. Best Bet Media World (Kembla Grange Race 4 No. 14) Media World has a very hard draw to overcome but was 4 lengths off Eneeza on debut and that is superb form for this. Well placed to get the debut win out of the way but

Our Launceston Horse Racing Tips for Friday. The track is a Good 4 and the rail is true for the evening meeting. As a general rule, runners who land in the front half of the field are suited at this track, with an advantage to those who find the inside lanes in the straight. Best Bet Elegantly Written (Launceston Race 3 No. 11) She was crowded at the start and raced wide without cover in the back half of the field before descending
