This five-year-old Purrealist gelding trained by Lindsay Hatch at Toowoomba has four wins and four places from 13 starts. He led all the way to win by 2 lengths over 1400m at Eagle Farm on 4 August, then was run down late for 1.25 lengths 2nd over 1400m at Eagle Farm on 14 August where he was still well ahead of the 3rd horse. Looks a good each-way bet.

This five-year-old Dissident mare trained by Tony Gollan is the early favourite in this BM 72 Handicap over 1200m. She led until headed at the 150m to finish 2.7 lengths 6th over 1200m at Eagle Farm on 3 April, then battled on for 1.9 lengths 6th over 1200m at Eagle Farm on 17 April. Returns from a 20 week break and generally goes well first-up, but others offer better value.
