Our Ipswich Horse Racing Tips for the weekend.
Desert Lord (Ipswich Race 6 No. 3)
This six-year-old High Chaparral gelding trained by David Vandyke has six wins and seven places from 23 starts. After being bumped at the 550m he only battled for 5.8 lengths 9th in The Buffering over 1400m at Eagle Farm on 2 January, then he charged late and nearly got there when 0.1 length 2nd over 1350m at Doomben on 23 January. Resumes here after 21 weeks and has won first-up twice including a win over 1200m at Eagle Farm last campaign. Ran 2nd in a recent trial and looks hard to beat.

Each Way
In Good Health (Ipswich Race 7 No. 3):
This five-year-old Congrats mare trained by Peter Moody has seven wins and eight places from 33 starts. She led all the way and went further in front for an impressive 4 length win in the Listed Centaurea Stakes over 2014m at Morphettville on 15 May, then began well and led to the home turn before being headed at the 200m and winded to finish 4.5 lengths 7th over 1600m at Eagle Farm on 5 June. She is a versatile mare who is worth an each-way bet.

Best Lay
Luna Mia (Ipswich Race 4 No. 8):
This five-year-old Redoubte’s Choice mare is the early favourite in this No Metro Wins handicap over 1350m. At the end of last campaign she finished 10 lengths 13th over 1400m at Newcastle on 14 November, then after a spell she won two trials and resumed for 2.75 lengths 12th in the Listed Coughlan Stakes over 1200m at Eagle Farm on 29 May. She generally goes well second-up but has drawn very wide and I’m prepared to risk her.

Our Sandown Hillside Horse Racing Tips for Wednesday’s meeting. Key Comments The rail is in the true position. The best bet resumes off a break and showed plenty of determination to win from a hopeless spot last start. Best Bet The Autumn Belle (Sandown Hillside Race 4 No. 10) Sticking with her after a brilliant finale when rattling home from a tough spot. Barrier 2 and Damian Lane are both ideal for this race and she will take some beating despite jumping back in trip.

Our Warwick Farm Tips for Wednesday's meeting. Key Comments The rail is in the true position. The best bet gets a drop in class, kind draw and J-Mac hoping aboard. Plenty to like about its chances. Best Bet Etna Rosso (Warwick Farm Race 4 No. 1) Liked the last start run when not having much luck behind an in form bunch of runners. The form has been franked since and was scratched from the weekend in preference for this. With J-Mac aboard and the
