Sky Ace (Wyong Race 4 No. 3)
Sky Ace has been contesting in much harder races than this so this looks like excellent placement by the stable. It will roll forward from barrier 1 and looks a bit better than this bunch. Both runs in a class one and BM58 prior were very good and this is a drop in grade. Hard to beat.

Ticket To Anywhere (Wyong Race 7 No.9 )
Ticket To Anywhere is a very nice price in this race. It gets a 3.5kg weight swing over Never Cry for a one-length margin. The map looks very ideal and Ellen Hennesey is riding extremely well. She should be able to camp just off the speed and produce Ticket To Anywhere at the right time. I am surprised it isn’t closer to favourite.

Best Lay
Different Strokes (Wyong Race 7 No. 1)
Different Stokes puts an unbeaten record at Wyong on the line but I think it looks too short. Both its wins at this track had Hugh Bowman and J-Mac in the saddle who are arguably 2 of the better jockeys in Australia. That’s no knock on young Patrick Scorce’s ability but from barrier 7 he will need to be at his best. The first up run of Different Strokes was slightly disappointing and in a very open race, it looks under the odds.
