Buffet Bluster is in flying form and can notch up another win from the good draw. I have respect for the favourite but it looks considerably short given its get-back run-on pattern. Buffet Buster looks well placed in this field and the price is good.

Water Dove has been knocking on the door for a win for quite some time and will get its chance in this field. It pulled up lame last run so it is worth being forgiving off that effort. It can roll forward from the wide draw and be in this for a long way.

Acrophobic (Tamworth Race 6 No. 4)
Acrophobic will enjoy the drop in grade and has a good turn of foot but its running pattern does make it difficult to catch. While I have massive respect for the jockey and the horse has the talent, it looks considerably short in this field.

The track is Good and the shiny new running rail is in the true position. The feature is the $30,000 Murray Reid Memorial Pingrup Cup over 1660m (race 5) where last year's winner Oddoneout returns to defend his title.
