This four-year-old Scissor Kick gelding trained by David Hayes has only raced 3 times. He finished 1.5 lengths 2nd at this track and distance behind Gold Gold Baby on 7 December, then was a disappointing 6.5 lengths 12th over 1200m at Sha Tin on 24 December. He has trialled since and won his most recent trial with Zac Purton aboard. Purton sticks with him and he is drawn to get every chance. Looks ready to win.

This four-year-old Written Tycoon gelding has won 3 of his last 5 starts. He won 2 in a row at this track and distance at Class 3 level, then stepped up in grade to finish 2 lengths 5th over 1200m at Sha Tin on 29 January. Back to Class 3 at this track and distance, plus with Zac Purton riding, he looks a great each-way bet.
