Horse Racing Tips: Happy Valley, 6th July 2023

Our Happy Valley Horse Racing Tips for Thursday’s meeting.

Best Bet

Joyful Hunter (Happy Valley Race 8 No.  1)

This three-year-old Darci Brahma gelding proved too good for his rivals with a 2 length win on debut over 1200m at Happy Valley on 14th June. He came from the back half of the field and was most impressive. Vincent Ho sticks and from the good barrier he looks hard to beat again.

Best Each Way

Juneau Flash (Happy Valley Race 7 No. 2)

This four-year-old hasn’t won for a while but hasn’t been far away at his last few starts. He was only beaten by 0.2 length when 3rd over 1200m here on 28th June. Karis Teetan takes the reins this time, and he looks a solid each-way bet.

Key Comments The rail is true. The best bet can land us a win in the first. Best Bet Pee Dee (Quirindi Race 2 No. 1) Has been sound in both efforts to date and this race lacks any depth. The 5th last start is better than it reads on paper and that is in a race much harder than this. Goes in the mix here. Check odds on SmartB Analyst: Bhakti Dave Each Way

Horse Racing Tips: NSW Tuesday 30th April 2024

Key Comments A big 10 race card takes place. The rail is in 3 metres. The track usually suits those who can sustain a long run to the line. That will suit the best bet who loves racing here and comes up later in the day. Best Bet Flame Tree Star (Grafton Race 1 No. 1) Has a booming turn of foot and while Swanston doesn't have the easiest pattern to catch, this track does suit and that shows with the 9 placings
