See U Again (Happy Valley Race 1 No.6)
This bloke might be winless in eight starts, but he has placed four of those eight starts, with three of them being his last three starts. I believe they are starting to figure him out and Zac Purton can see it too. He ran second behind Sergeant Pepper to whom he meets 3.5kg better off at the weights and maps much better as well. Since the end of the season, he has had one very nice trial and will be ready for this first-up assignment. There is a lot of pace out wide, so Zac should still be able to remain off the rail whilst making those wider than him work for their position. This is the perfect chance for him to break his maiden and catch them off guard.

Day Day Rich (Happy Valley Race 4 No.10)
This is a wide-open race and being a Class 5, any of these horses can win, but he has been around the mark in three of his last four. When he was first up in April, he led the entire way over 1200m before going down to Casa Kingdom by 0.8 of a length, before drawing poorly the next start and finishing eighth. He finished off the season with a 1.4 length fourth to Carry The Diamond over the 1000m. He has had one nice trial, and I really love the middle draw for him, as he has the superior gate speed to those to his inside. Lyle Hewitson knows him well and should rate him well, but we will be holding our breath over the final 100m
