About Jack Higgins

Jack is an enthusiastic Tasmanian thoroughbred supporter, who takes a very matter of fact stance to analysing races. Tasmanian racing comprises of three tracks (Hobart, Launceston & Devonport) that play on-speed more often than not, particularly over 1000-1600m trips. This is part the reason why he places great emphasis on finding runners coming out of fast run races (relative to the class) who look to have a fitness edge and map advantage over their rivals in their next run.
