A disappointing end to a week of great promise. Ben Crane ($1000) lead the Bermuda Classic after 36 holes, but in a four hole stretch late on Saturday, he dropped from leading to 4 behind and it was way from there. In the Portuguese Masters, David Drysdale ($1000) hung in there eventually tieing for 8th, but the winner, the very talented Jordan Smith shot a record 30 under, blitzing the field.
In Liv golf I recommended a saver on the 4 Aces lead by Dustin Johnson ($2.75) who had won all 4 previous team events, but the Australian Punch team lead by the worlds best player Cam Smith shooting an amazing 65 on a windy day at the difficult Blue Monster course at Doral nearly beat them with a gutsy finish by all four.
